Refund Policy

1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the organizing committee.
2. Full refunds (minus processing fees) may be issued if cancellation is made at least 30 days before the event.
3. Partial refunds (50%) may be considered if cancellation is made 15–29 days before the event.
4. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
5. Once an article has entered peer review or publication workflow, fees paid are non-refundable.
6. In the unlikely event that Math Model Group Ltd. cancels a conference or workshop, registered participants will receive a full refund.
